John directs Illingworth’s team of control systems designers, programmers and project managers to ensure that, from initial conception to the last programming keystroke, the company’s extensive resources are focused on providing clients with systems that meet their needs today and well into the future. Through his expert oversight of all operations within the control division, including estimating, scheduling, project execution and management, he consistently demonstrates that clients can count on Illingworth to complete even the most demanding projects to their complete satisfaction.

 

Expertise

John has 24 years of experience in all facets of direct digital control (DDC) and card access systems. He is particularly skilled at system integration and open system solutions, including LonWorks, BACnet, ModBus and others. Wide-ranging experience in estimating, system design, programming, project management and customer relations gives him the background needed to lead a team adept at delivering timely, turnkey solutions to clients’ most complex challenges.

 

The Personal Side

John and his wife have two daughters and one granddaughter. He enjoys fishing, swimming and snowmobiling. A firefighter with his local volunteer fire department, he also serves his community as an EMT.
