Value Delivered
John oversees delivery of the high-quality projects clients need to meet today’s many and varied facilities challenges. In addition to directing and training project managers, he identifies appropriate bidding situations, helps to prepare estimates and competitive bids, and ensures their timely delivery to prospective clients. On awarded projects, he resolves key issues, while ensuring budget and schedule compliance.
He also manages the sheet metal, piping, and drafting and engineering departments. In the sheet metal department, he monitors productivity and budgets, negotiates with suppliers and determines equipment needs. His piping department responsibilities include developing more efficient pipe assembly methods and improving productivity. And in the engineering department, he assigns personnel to projects, reviews clients’ equipment options and helps determine which ones will best satisfy their performance criteria. Throughout the process, his ultimate objective is to ensure that, on every project, company resources are integrated in ways that provide maximum project efficiency, timeliness and value.
