By developing and implementing measurable departmental goals, Mark helps build the financial base the company needs to continue providing clients with consistently high-performance systems and services. His responsibilities include directing accounts payables, accounts receivables and other financial functions; developing realistic budgets and forecasts, managing the vehicle fleet, and overseeing human resources and affirmative action programs. He also serves on the company’s management, productivity and safety committees.

 

Expertise

Mark has 28 years of banking experience, the last 15 as EVP of bank operations and a member of the Board of Directors. For the last 16 years, he has been with Illingworth. Mark holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Arizona State University.

 

The Personal Side

Married for 45 years, Mark and his wife have three children and five grandchildren. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys boating, fishing, traveling, playing golf and reading a good novel.
