David promotes the company’s service capabilities both to current customers and to those who haven’t yet experienced its responsive, high-performance features. Working with clients, he reviews their requirements and expectations. Then, he helps them create customized preventive maintenance agreements that effectively meet their needs, while providing them with increased cost control and maximizing the return on their facilities investment.

 

Expertise

Backed by more than 20 years of mechanical systems service industry experience, David specializes in providing solutions that maintain and improve customer environments. Using his sales and operations expertise, he develops optimum preventive maintenance solutions that avoid costly breakdowns and extend equipment life. In addition, through properly scheduled maintenance inspections, he helps customers identify and project future capital expenditures.

 

David studied general business at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He is on the HVAC advisory board at Ferris State University and has served on the advisory board for Milwaukee Area Technical College.

 

An active member and currently an officer of the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA), he was elected to the organization’s board of managers in 2006 and was named treasurer in 2007. He has served on the organization’s national marketing committee since 2001 and is presently committee chairman.

 

The Personal Side

In addition to spending his leisure time with his wife, Teresa, and their two children, Cynthia and Robert, David enjoys sports, boating and traveling.
